MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Meditation sessions every Thursday at 7.15pm
Just bring a cushion or meditation bench and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The sessions are free and beginners are welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
The duration of the class is approximately 1 hour and gives great benefits.
